We specialize in customized solutions. Facebook had a vision of how they wanted to work in Toronto. There was no one at the time living up to the vision that Facebook had. For a forward thinking company such as that, it is natural not to find a fit with existing solutions. When they came to us, none of our existing solutions met their needs either. However, we were not interested in just presenting solutions out of a hat. We went to the drawing board and created a new solution to fit their needs. We aquired a prime location that was entrirely unoccopied and turned it into a serviced office center - with Facebook as a client! We took down walls, removed carpet, custom ordered furniture, configured the internet and phones - all Facebook had to do was move in.

Another example is Illusive Design, a very successful design and technology firm. They were not big enough to warrant their own building or floor, but they were certainly individual enough to require a personalized space. Within 3 weeks a personalized work environment to suit their needs was created with the build out included for free. The combination of technology and furniture to meet their exact needs was unique, and until they visited us they did not even think it would have been possible. However, their requirements where so unique that we had never thought about advertizing the fact that we could satisfy those requirements.
