We are owned by a Telecommunications company (Digigroup inc.) and bring our own internet access and phone lines to the office. This translates into another cost savings. All of our downtown Toronto offices come equipped with a Polycom phone that has advanced features such as "Ring Groups" and "Find me/Follow me". We provide our own high-speed internet service through our dedicated lines and we offer you long distance rates that are at least 25% lower than those of the standard carriers. We can even arrange for you to call your overseas partners for free.

Being owned by a Telecommunications company has another added benefit. We run our own IT support team. If you have a problem with the equipment we have provided, we will fix it for you in person – so as to understand the problem better and to ensure it does not occur again. If you have some specialized equipment that needs to be integrated, we can have an analyst look at it and ensure everything works seamlessly.
