New webhost
After several years with Netfirms, we have finally outgrown that hosting provider. Especially our last month was a nightmare with day long issues with regard to the database server. Netfirms is not made for business, that's for sure. Their customer support is ridiculous at most and their services are only cost effective on the surface.
Having finally made the move, we also decided to use google apps as a collobaration tool. One of the reason we went with google apps is because we believe it is a good tool for small business. For any company requiring less than 50 users, it is free, and even the premium edition is cheaper than a Microsoft licence.
Now that our mail is with google, and our website on a dedicated server, we hope that we will have no more down time and lost emails.
For those of you who got stuck with a database error, an internal server error or page not found error while viewing our website, we apologize and sincerely hope that those things are now behind us. For those of us who did not hear from us, because Netfirms' mail server was down, we apologize also.
