Website frequently down

If you have attempted to visit our website in the last week then maybe you will have seen a blank white screen with an error message. Sadly, we did not notice this recurring problem until today.

The problem was due to a maintenance operation conducted by our hosting provider which overloaded the database servers. We have already talked to them are in fact on our way to migrate our website to a more reliable service.

It's another way how the biggest name brands disappoint. We had gone with Netfirms as they promised as guaranteed uptime but now for the last 6 months they have disappointed us over and over again when it came to responding to our issues.

We are a technology driven company and we understand that advanced technology can have unexpected results - but we believe that service and communication is important!

In any event, we apologize if you attempted to access our website over the last week and were met with a very disappointing error message. We hope to have moved to a new, more reliable hosting provider before the end of next week.
